Our average first response time is under 8 minutes for Professional and Enterprise clients. Essentials clients receive response within 2 business hours during business hours. Critical outages for all clients are escalated immediately and treated as priority-one regardless of plan level.
Do you provide on-site support or only remote?
Both. Most issues are resolved remotely within minutes. For hardware failures, new equipment setup, or complex on-site work, we dispatch a technician to your location. On-site visits are included in Enterprise plans and available as needed for Essentials and Professional clients.
What cloud platforms do you support?
We are certified and experienced with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). We also manage Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and a wide range of SaaS applications. If you use it, we can support it.
Can you help with cybersecurity compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI)?
Yes. Our Enterprise plan includes compliance-focused security controls and documentation support. How long does onboarding take?
Most clients are fully onboarded within 5 business days. This includes deploying monitoring agents, configuring security tools, documenting your environment, and setting up help desk access for your team. We minimize disruption and coordinate around your schedule.
Are there long-term contracts?
We offer both month-to-month and annual agreements. Annual plans include a discount. There is no setup fee. We earn your business through results — not contractual lock-in.
